Xelium One: One Business. One Platform.
People. Operations. Intelligence. Connected.
Xelium One connects critical workforce and business operations through one modular enterprise platform — start with what you need and add capabilities as you grow.
No account needed to explore. Every module is described here — what it does and how it connects.
Too many systems. Not enough connection.
Most organisations don't lack software. They lack one place where the work connects.
The same person, entered five times
HR, attendance, recruiting and billing each keep their own list — and they rarely agree.
Numbers nobody can explain
Revenue, invoices and commissions are rebuilt in spreadsheets, so each figure is hard to trace back to the work.
Requests lost in chat and email
Leave, corrections, offers and timesheets wait in inboxes instead of reaching the person who decides.
The platform
One Core. The capabilities you choose.
Xelium One is one platform, not a bundle of separate products. Core is included with every organisation; you add the modules your business needs.

Connected workflows
Workflows that connect
The value isn't the number of features. It's that one record carries through from start to finish.
From candidate to invoice
One record carries through hiring, delivery and billing — nothing is re-typed between teams.
From people to insight
The same People record drives attendance, requests and the reports leaders read.
Attendance ≠ Timesheet ≠ Billable hours
Three different records that are easy to confuse. Xelium One keeps them separate, so presence never becomes an invoice by accident.
Attendance
Xelium Pulse- Records
- When a person is working: check-in, breaks and check-out.
- Approved
- Corrections go to the reporting manager or HR.
- Used for
- Presence, leave and attendance reports.
Timesheet
Timesheets (Xelium Workforce)- Records
- Hours worked on a placement for a client, for a period.
- Approved
- An approver — never the person who submitted it.
- Used for
- Confirming the work delivered.
Billable hours
Revenue (Xelium Finance)- Records
- Only the approved timesheet hours.
- Approved
- Posted by a manager or administrator.
- Used for
- Revenue, margin, invoices and incentives.

Why Xelium One
- One record, carried throughA placement created in Talent is the same record timesheets, revenue and invoices use.
- Numbers that explain themselvesRevenue is calculated from approved hours and agreed rates; incentives from posted revenue.
- Modular, not fragmentedAdd a module and it appears in the same navigation, with the same people and roles.
- Honest by designNo sample figures in your workspace: a number that can't be loaded is shown as unavailable, never as zero.

Xelium Labs
Founder's Vision
“Businesses shouldn't need a different system for every part of their operation.”
Xelium One began with a simple idea: bring people, operations and intelligence together in a platform that grows with the organisation.
We are building Xelium One so businesses can start with what they need today and add capabilities as they grow—without creating another disconnected technology landscape.
From people and presence to talent, timesheets, revenue, incentives and finance, our goal is to connect the workflows that matter while keeping the experience simple for the people who use them every day.
Technology should reduce operational complexity, not create more of it.
That is the vision behind Xelium One.

Common questions
Do I have to buy every module?
No. Core is included with every organisation, and you add only the modules you need. Everyone can explore every module before deciding.
What's the difference between attendance and timesheets?
Attendance (Xelium Pulse) records when someone is working. A timesheet records hours worked on a placement for a client, submitted and approved. Billable hours are the approved timesheet hours that become revenue.
Is Xelium One an accounting or ERP system?
No. It handles invoicing and receivables for the work you deliver, not your general ledger or tax filing.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is being finalised and isn't published yet. Talk to us, or see the pricing page for updates.
