Xelium Pulse
People. Presence. Progress.
Check-in and check-out, breaks, attendance, leave, work from home and corrections — with policies, calendars, approvals and team reports.
What it solves
Attendance kept in spreadsheets and chat messages is hard to trust: missed check-outs go unnoticed, leave requests get lost, and managers can't see their team's day. Pulse records the working day as it happens and routes every request to the right person.

Common questions
What is the difference between attendance and timesheets?
Attendance (Pulse) records when a person is working — check-in, breaks and check-out. A timesheet (Timesheets) records hours worked on a specific assignment for a client, which are submitted and approved. Billable hours are the approved timesheet hours used for revenue. Xelium One keeps these three separate on purpose.
Does Pulse track location all day?
No. With office-only check-in, location is checked at check-in and check-out only. With anywhere check-in, no location is collected.
What happens when someone forgets to check out?
They request a correction. Their manager approves it, and the original record is kept alongside the correction.
