Invoicing & Receivables
Invoices and what's still owed.
Draft and issue invoices to client accounts, record payments, and see part-paid, paid and overdue invoices — each line traceable to the revenue behind it.
What it solves
When invoices are built by hand from separate spreadsheets, billing is late and collections are hard to follow. Invoicing keeps each invoice next to the client and the revenue it bills.
Key capabilities
Invoices
- Draft invoices for a client account
- Invoice lines, including lines from posted revenue
- Issue, and void with confirmation (the record is kept)
- Download an invoice as a PDF to send to your client
Receivables
- Record payments; invoices become part paid or paid
- Repeated payment submissions are recognised and not double-counted
- Due and overdue invoices
