No. GyaniX is a separate Xelium Labs product with its own data. It is not a Xelium One module.

No. Core is the foundation of every Xelium One organisation. You choose which modules to add on top of it.

Yes. Roles decide what each person can see and do, and the server checks every request. A module your organisation doesn't have simply isn't available.

No. People is part of Xelium One Core and is included with every organisation.

No. People holds who works for you and how the organisation is structured. Xelium One does not run payroll.

Attendance (Pulse) records when a person is working — check-in, breaks and check-out. A timesheet (Timesheets) records hours worked on a specific assignment for a client, which are submitted and approved. Billable hours are the approved timesheet hours used for revenue. Xelium One keeps these three separate on purpose.

No. With office-only check-in, location is checked at check-in and check-out only. With anywhere check-in, no location is collected.

They request a correction. Their manager approves it, and the original record is kept alongside the correction.

No. Offers — terms, approval, release and acceptance — are part of Xelium Talent.

Yes. Talent warns you when a candidate with the same email or phone number already exists in your organisation.

Invoices are raised against a client account, which comes from CRM.

No. Attendance (Pulse) is when someone is working. A timesheet is hours worked on a placement for a client, approved for billing. Only approved timesheet hours become billable revenue.

Not yet. Payroll export and pay-rate synchronisation are not connected; timesheets hold hours and approval status.

No. Revenue is calculated from approved hours and placement rates. To change it, the underlying record has to change.

Plans and rules are set up with the Xelium team today. Calculating earnings from them is done in Xelium One.

No. Xelium One handles invoicing and receivables for the work you deliver. It does not replace your accounting or ERP system, general ledger or tax filing.

Not automatically. Tax rules are not built in; tax amounts are recorded as entered.

Not today. Xelium One provides the reports listed here, filtered by role.

No. Xelium Vendor is in development and is not available to buy or use yet.
