Timesheets
Approved hours you can bill.
Time recorded against a placement for a period, submitted and approved — the approved hours that revenue and invoices are built from. Part of Xelium Workforce, with onboarding and assignments.
What it solves
When hours are collected by email and re-keyed into billing, invoices are late and mistakes are hard to trace. Timesheets keeps hours with the placement they belong to and makes approval the single step that turns them into revenue.

Common questions
Is a timesheet the same as attendance?
No. Attendance (Pulse) is when someone is working. A timesheet is hours worked on a placement for a client, approved for billing. Only approved timesheet hours become billable revenue.
Does it connect to payroll?
Not yet. Payroll export and pay-rate synchronisation are not connected; timesheets hold hours and approval status.
